The business of e-currency isn't something you jump into; you take time to learn, else you lose all of your investments to sellers.
It's more like buying a particular type of funds, let's say Neteller or Skrill funds at a cheaper rate, and reselling to those in need of it at rates where you make some gains, and they'll pay you in Naira or in exchange for another fund you want/need. But as a trader, you don't make gains always, so, it's a biz for the strong in spirit.

Bro, this is very wrong in every aspect and I think Doyinlawal is even been nice enough to have agreed to refund you half for now.
You only needed to be mad with the seller for not informing you prior to doing the refund.

A friend has almost the same issue on ground now, PayPal got limited sometimes ago, and you're coming about 6 weeks later that a refund was made into the PayPal account that has been limited, so you need the naira you paid. You never consider the person who's chunks of dollars will be held for 180 days, it is your 100$ that you need. As far as he didn't do a charge back, and not that the account is still in use to say that he got your refund and sold it out with giving you back your naira. Bros, I'll only tell you to go get a lawyer if 6months is too long for you to wait with me cos the guy did the checkout as agreed, so your seller making a refund without informing you prior to doing that isn't the fault of the account owner whose PayPal held his funds.

Not to think it happened in June and it's almost November already. So why calling him a scam when you'll sure get full repayment in less than a month now.
