People like him have a way of getting away with prosecution in a corrupt system like ours. They can easily bribe their way out and police will frustrate you.

His wife must have benefited from the crime either actively or passively, knowingly or unknowingly. It took your posting his wife's pictures to get him pay a part of the money. All he wants is to get you to take down all the images. He is not remorseful at all. If posting his wife's pictures will get you your money back please post it o.
