On the contrary, I'll like to find out on behalf of a friend if it's possible to adopt an 18 year old orphaned nephew and add to their application. The nephew has been living with them for a long time now. Their application has been submitted and they are at NA2 and POF is more than enough to accommodate another person. If possible, please how can they go about it? The parents' death certificates are available.

@hephgirl, I think you should dive in as others have suggested. Maybe the following stats will convince you:

As at the last draw, the CRS breakdown is as follows:

601-1200 : 204 candidates
451-600 : 648 candidates
441-450 : 262 candidates
431-440 : 1398 candidates

Total candidates with CRS score 431-1200 : 2512
Total invitations at the last round :2757 (including people from other streams)

Now, for sure at least 1114 candidates (441-1200) have left the pool (i.e. got ITA). Since we don't know how many that replaced them, that's a big toss up. But looking so far at the projected CRS of people after the recent IELTS (data I got from Immtracker, nairaland and cav). It's safe to bet that the minimum score for ITA at the next round will be in the 430s.

Based on the above, I think you should dive in and besides what have you got to lose?

I wrote a detailed letter of clarification presenting another SOA showing source and trail of funds with my next application. The visa was subsequently issued. Does that count as an appeal or is it just a regular resubmission? I am asking cos I intend to submit IMM5669e form with my application when the time comes. I need to be sure of my explanation in the form.

So I haven't really written how far with me coz work and pikins had person hand full. My 1st attempt of IELTS last month was 7.5 in Listening and I knew I had to register again plus WES decided to sit on both my degree and Oga's own. Anyway, I took the 14th October test in Abuja....those who took it that day knew what we went through with regards getting everything to work and we left the venue at almost 3pm.
My results today:
Listening - 9
Reading - 8
Writing - 7.5
Speaking - 8.5

Overall band 8.5. Just glad I'm done with British council Good luck to everyone tomorrow.

Declare all visa refusals besides you re-applied, it was not an administrative review or appeal.

Likewise me, been busy in office, wish i can take 3weeks break. Preparing for IELTS. Back to your question, since your ECA is not ready, you can not apply for SINP EE because it requires your EE no. So, I suggest you fasten your ECA so that can 'jump into' the pool.

Your age, degree and experience should give above 430. Recheck you CRS

Yes SINP EE is still opened. Anyone looking at PNP route should see if they can apply

I made a similar mistake. mixed my Noc code. just corrected it post ITA and noted it in my LOE.

I am still waiting for PPR sha.

i want to evaluate my transcript with iquas but my concern is that i requested and collected it myself few months ago. Can anyone help on knowing how to go about it? Can it pose any challenge.
