there is no institution as corrupt as the nigeria police. If you are poor NEVER take a case or matter to the police, they'll keep asking for bribe till you get tired and the suspect/criminal gets off the hook.

Nothing will happen after all those Northerners involved in fraudulent acts are enjoying free life so this one will not be an exemption.
