Only a census could answer this question, unfortunately they had to stop Jonathan by fire by force so he could not be on the chair to do a proper census in 2017

The north keeps dictating to the south ,I remember when a census was to be conducted by Festus Odumegwu as head of NPC under Jonathan,just because Festus said he would ensure a thorough census devoid of manipulations that took place the past,Kwakwanso came out and said "Festus' days at the NB have affected the way he reasons,so he thinks conducting a census is same with running a brewery( NB)",he then sounded the death knell to Fetus' ambition of a clean and almost accurate census by telling Jona that the north won't accept any result churned out from the census should Festus still be in the saddle,and that was it,the census never came to be held again just because a particular section of the country felt threatened that so many secrets wuld be laid bare even to the detriment of the other zones.What makes it even worse is the fact that we have southern politicians with no balls who continue to pander to the whims and caprices of these northerners..

We remember when BAT conducted a parallel census side by side with that of the federal government, the results for Lagos was greatly diminished by that of the federal which further gave credence to the saying " Every principle working elsewhere would always stand on its head when applied in Nigeria ", Case Study; Nigeria is the only country in the world where Kano state in an arid region has more population than Lagos in a rainforest region"...Naija we hail thee bt we can't just continue like this,never..
