Pardon my ignorance oo.
I'm just here asking myself some questions.
1: What has happened to the 2017 budget?
2: I heard they want to borrow money to finance it, Do they later get the loan?
3:Will The unpaid salaries and pension for 2017 be roll over to 2018?
4:How much balance do we get from the Aso Rock health centre,since they're without drugs and the president preferred treatment abroad?
5:Will there be any allocation for Aso rock health centre in 2018?
6;How much will be allocated to the presidency for presidential Jet fuel and Hangar abroad?
7:Since Inec just wake up someday and decide to register inmate for 2019 election without seeking senate approval, Will there be a increase in INEC allocation for the provision of materials and logistics for inmate registration?
8:What happens to the relief Nigeria gave to Sierra Leone ,Where was the money gotten from? Will there be a provision to replace the money to wherever it's gotten should emergency arise.

What do I know sef...just wondering why draw budget when you won't actualize it.
