You call yourself a professional architect / structural engineering services firm and u charge lower than the cost of producing a survey plan,that's very cheap and unprofessional of you,and more so it's very wrong as an architect to advertise your self here when u are not into trading, as Architects there are scale of Fees u need as standards just like the example u gave with the survey plan,it's people like u that ridicule the practice of the profession, your negotiations have to be private with your client, don't act like a quack if you are truly an architect or a structural engineer
