Hello web gurus! I opened a site about 4 months ago (cawid.com). So far I have gotten over 300 registered members. Which I think is fair for a site wothout adverts and all. But my concern is that about 80% of my registered members are foreigners ( can't tell their localities though). They hardly use popular email hosts. Most of them use ".ru".

Does anyone know anything concerning this.

Those are spambots and not human beings. The earlier you delete them all and add a spam checker, the better foryour forum.

Yes, they can. Even create new threads and reply the existing with links.
