My opera, facebook lite, whatsapp are not working but my chrome is browsing.... I have data but it doesn't seem to connect when am in this apps. What could be wrong? |

If you are sure u have data, then nothing is wrong with your phone. Just try a hard reset, i.e: remove the batery from the phone while its still on and put it back after some seconds, then power it |

Go to Phone master or Hi manager Tap on data management Select Network Management and select all apps to use data network 1 Like |

You can take it back to carlcare, they should have a fix for it |

Try installing facebook messenger lite apk for android http://apkmirrorpure.com/facebook-messenger-lite-apkmirror-uptodown/ and check if the problem is repeating again. If it still continues update facebook lite app or install facebook messenger lite latest version apk |
