Are they the samething or having different in meaning and description, Kingdom of God : Matthew 6:10
Kingdom of heaven: Matthew 18: 1-4

Everywhere in the universe is the kingdom of God, but heaven is the kingdom of Yahweh, who is one of the gods who are now captured in a spiritual prison.

From my little understanding the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Heaven are been used interchangeably. check;
Mark1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
and
Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Also I noticed that it was only the gospel of Matthew that both the word "the kingdom of Heaven" and " kingdom of God "was used while the book of Matthew Mark,Luke,John and the rest only used the word "The kingdom of God"
