Total Expenditure for 2018 is N8.612 Trillion, 16% increase over 2017 budget, with recurrent to take up N3.494Trillion and debt servicing eating up N2.014Trillion. Hmm. PROJECTIONS: oil benchmark- $45pb, oil production- 2.3millionbpd, exchange rate- N305/$, G.D.P- 3.5%, inflation rate- 12.4%.
