chloride6:What has changed significantly in the non-oil sector? What have we exchanged in the last fiscal year that submerged oil revenues? Are we now dependent on internal revenues and taxes for sustainability, development and growth? Has recurrent expenditure reduced? If so where, how and when? Is that it? Take it or leave it, this budget is planned simply with the new hope of rising crude oil values, if not 45% of it will not be implemented. So much for a deceptive government. NIGERIA really has got it so bad this time around. |
