NTA should be closed down and the staffs posted to farms belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture. We need to diversify this economy and Agriculture is the alternative.

I am saying that NTA Staff are corrupt like many Nigerians. That is the relic Buhari inherited. He is just managing them like that. It will take decades to undo the mess. Corruption breeds inefficiency.
