Am guessing that's an Alcatel modem...just insert another network sim....access the menu..if it asks for unlock code.buzz me i can get you the code

please am a soldier saving in Maiduguri since 2013 inside "Banky Junction". I have on other option than to be calling them through telbo app. And a friend of mine who just came to join us give me this modem so that I can regular chat and call whenever I go to Maiduguri town.
