Try another browser...chrome, UC..

I am a 2013 awardee and I got the mail and so did many people I know

5 times sir... my senior colleagues got thier last payment a year post graduation.. and your agbami card expires nov 2018 enabling you to withdraw your last payment without renewing the card

on submitting the form, the site didn't notify me of the submission, it just loaded the page afresh as if I was to fill the form again. is that how it is...or should I fill another, probably with a different browser

click on the link with a different browser if it open then fill it again.

just try to open the form again and it will say you've already filled it...at least that's what mine said.
