I am currently working on a project in my company of which the timeline was badly negotiated and I might be expected to work over time which I don't want to do because it might become a recurring decimal. What do you think about working overtime whether you are paid for it or not?

of cos, even if u didn't, you'd be pleased with your work. How about when your employer now expects that to happen on every project?

bro there is no project that my employer doesn,t expect to be done in the shortest time , even when they know is not so realistic

u knw wat happens when u rush projects? bugs and bugs. dyu do unit testing? dyu do continuous integration. quality softwares are not developed in unrealistic time. why doesn't microsoft bring out a new version of windows every week? at least they have a working copy already na

I sure do unit testing , but bro I would be frank with you , you would always get unrealistic time line from project managers

especially when your project manager is not a software developer. I wonder how you manage to do unit testing in short timelines
