In my opinion, those who imports these foreign expatriates know exactly what they're doing. It's a non-fact that Nigeria isn't a due process system. This expatriate can be easily manipulated as they don't understand the "Nigeria factors" yet. Politicians manipulates these people to get exactly what they want. For example, in the days NOI as the coordinating minister, we all remember how funds are been siphoned broad daylight despite the power of her office. Or is it the way the government of the day is currently manipulating the current Minister of Finance.
