Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike of Rivers state on Saturday escaped assassination by Special Anti-robbery Squad Operatives and soldiers of the Nigerian Army attached to Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi after they attacked his convoy. According or his aide Franklin who sent in the Photos to Ebiwali's Gossip Blog the governor who was on project inspection was attacked at Nwanja Junction on Trans-Amadi Road. The SARs Personnel and Soldiers in the Minister's convoy hit down the Governor's Escort Rider and attacked the policemen in the pilot car. Damages includes, cameras held by journalists .
