Hi everyone. I came across this tyre today and I had to take a picture....I'm having difficulties understanding what kinda tyre this is...or what type of car would use this type of tyre? Kindly, enlighten me if you have any ideas..thanks.

Looks like run flat tyre for a heavy duty vehicle
Run flats are available for sedans and mpvs too (mostly armored)

I once used a runflat tyre on an X6(came with the car)...but it wasn't this thick and reinforced..I think this is a lil beyond 'run flat'.

It's called Solid Tyre and used on forklifts. Pops used to sell them back in the day.
