You have to migrate learned people to your state to meet your requirements and take those positions...your people don't see the benefits of going to school since their brother could reach the highest office without secondary education....all is well |

The Federal Civil Service needs similar purging.......For Nigeria to attain greatness some people will weep, young graduates too should aspire to improve their skills, because that's what sells now and not Certificate. |

life2017:There will be positive impact on the poor children and their future which will be a plus on the Kaduna economy in future. I dont like how people dont see it from the perspective of the future of those children. Theyre only focusing of the money that will sustain the selfish and redundant teachers. |

In the first place, how many Northern States are educationally developed. How do u expect a region that is not educationally developed to produced competent teachers and students. I am sure every pry n second sch including d universities of the North will fall into ds problem of unqualified teachers and dull students. |

How can Nigeria progress when we sack teachers for not having certificates and install Presidents who don’t have certificates? It’s like a company saying a messenger without WASSCE is unqualified meanwhile its MD is in the same boat. How will the company be profitable? |

The 13 SANs defending President Buhari in his certificate issue should be prevailed upon to defend the 20,000 Kaduna teachers facing sack. After all, their cases are the same! |

If you as a Governor accept that ‘even if Buhari brings NEPA bill as certificate, we will still vote for him’, then what right do you have to fire teachers with questionable certificates? They are only following APC’s example! |

The igbo governors should also follow this path. Too many incompetent teachers in igbo land and it's affecting their academic output. The reason why their students fail waec and neco every year. Most teachers in the east cannot speak good English let alone impact knowledge. The east has the highest number of illiterates in the country after the core north. Yorubas remain the pride of Nigeria when it comes to education. No wonder ekiti state has the highest number of professors in the country
