NYRP:True talk. Infact initially they told beneficiaries that the program will allow them time to pursue other means of livelihood but after getting it, rather than being an assistant to the main teachers, we were made the main teachers with only stipend to cater for our self and family. |

Jiang:my brother just last week that particular friend of mine told me his uncle ask him to send his Cv that one of those juicy federal agencies are recruiting. he asked me if I know about the recruitment I said NO.; Funny enough it's uncle have been disturbing him to send the Cv on time which he reluctantly send yesterday. |

goldenceo1:Aren't you happy that 200 thousand young Nigerians are engaged in something productive? In the past who cared about them? Tell us which government in our history has ever considered the young unemployed with such opportunities. |

kayteajay111: I keep telling you guys it is not government's job to provide employment. Their job is to create an enabling environment for private enterprise to flourish. Before you argue please tell me how many people are in the direct employment of the governments of countries of all of Europe, USA Canada etc. By giving stipends the way they have, it is expected people would now have some foundation to go about their natural resourcefulness. |

GavelSlam:I'm not here to argue with you. But what can 30k monthly do in your life? when you are living in a city like Lagos, and even have family to care for. University is a waste of time and money in Nigeria. Back to your question, what's their responsibility and which enabling environment have they provided for you before? |

kayteajay111:You guys just love to lament. A young man doesn't pay tax. Government engages his service and time as a way of welfare and confidence booster yet they ask what 30k can do. If you opened your own shop selling garri can you guarantee yourself you would make 30k a month? |
