i replied the mail directly and didnt get a response. so i have emailed raylene littler directly and hoping to get a response, since his email was shown at the bottom of the mail

I did. Called the lady, she said they didn't have a record of the first online interview...

I got the mail. I emailed Raylene afterwards and she said to ignore it that applications were moved entirely. So no need to retake any interview.
