Eruditor:Height is not a talent, it is a physical attribute just like dick length, foot size, nyash size etc. The word talent is a synonym for skill - and skills are things that can be developed with practice. You can improve your pace by practice. You can improve your jumping by practice. Your passing, dribbling, etc. You cannot improve your height by practice. And because you cannot improve your height, nobody will ever say Player A is better than Player B because of his height. When they say Player A is better aerially than than Player B, they are referring to the jumping ability which is trainable talent, not the height. Lukaku is 6'4 and notoriously poor in the air, Tim Cahill is 5'10 and was famous for his aerial ability. Ronaldo is 6'1 and Jumps higher 7cm higher than the average NBA player. Height is not a talent. L |

hensben:So when Hazard was injured Belgium did not play? So all the teams playing quality football world over Hazard plays for them? |

Nihilist:There is a distinction between talent and skill. They are not the same. Skills can be worked on but talent not invariably so. You can Google "Talent vs Skill" and you would see this. I know my claim sounds ridiculous because I used a word many don't attribute to height but we can play a little trick and remove talent and place the word "gift" in its stead. I guess I don't sound ridiculous anymore? A player can be technically gifted same way he can be physically gifted. People just tend to prefer the former because that one seems more precipitated by hard work and training whereas the latter is acquired by genetics or happenstance. I know you know this because your English and bent for research is better than some of the other trolls. Please, just search for physical talent and see what turns up. I can present one definition and a corresponding link: To have talent is to possess the ability to excel within a field (either physically or psychologically), generally with much more ease than the majority of the population. Talent often stems from superior genetic inheritance, but can only really be harnessed through hard work and determination.http://sportsscientists.com/2013/11/what-is-talent-your-definitions-and-thoughts-from-david-epstein/ I know my claim is nuanced but I am wholly convinced that I am right. In light of this, I respectfully reject that L. |

diggz:You should pick on lordfalcao who was listing players above 30 as if they're too old to play football when Roger Mila went to the world cup at 42 African age possibly 50 real age. I heard buffoon sef might be retiring at the young age of 39. When Roger Mila was still active |
| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Nihilist: 12:47pm On Nov 14, 2017 |
Eruditor:Talent stems from genetic inheritance does not mean Talent = Generic inheritance. Even your post says Talent = Ability. Height is not ability. Hazard is short and has a low centre of gravity, which means he's naturally better at changing directions rapidly at great speed. This natural advantage couple with his ball control is what makes him a talented dribbler. His low centre of gravity also means he can accelerate very quickly from a standing position . This natural advantage makes Hazard a talented sprinter. What Hazard is not is talentedly short. Talent = Skill. It's even in the dictionary. It's in Wikipedia. There is no nuance to your ridiculous submission. If height is a talent, then eye colour and nostril width must also be talents. The diameter of dopejemi's anus must be a talent. We will forcefeed you this L till you choke on it and runaway from here. |

This is because talent is one’s ability to adapt to training and develop skills in their specialized field. Talent exists when strong genetics and a desire to practice come together to create superior ability for a specific activity. From the very link you posted. Talent has to be trainable. If you cannot train to be tall, it cannot be a talent. if you cannot train to be short, it cannot be a talent. LL |

Nihilist:If a pawnstar has long d!ck, many will say he is gifted. That is his physical gift to start with and many times such gifts are inherited genetically which the definition I posted above said. If he cums faster than the Cops in a white neighborhood do that just means he is lacking the technical aspect of his gift. But with the right training he can work on it and be better. I know about Messi and Hazard's low center of gravity but sadly, in our biased world, we do not view being short as a physical gift. Same way we do not view Morata's lack of stamina as a gift. However, players like him, Hazard, Messi and David Silva who seem to lack this physical gift compensate ably with their technical gifts and we respect them for it. It still does not detract from the fact that being tall in football (like other sports) is regarded as a physical I won't get drawn into the talent vs skill debate so much because I am sure you know that one website or dictionary does not possess the exclusive rights to define anything. Others can go online and conduct their own research to see the subtleties between talent and skill and the subdivisions of talents - no matter how ridiculous it sounds....to you. I resist this undeserved L with the strength of 100 virile horses and rest my case. |

Is it true that the last world cup Italy went beyond the group stage was 2006 world cup They have met giants like New Zealand Costa Rica Slovakia and Paraguay in these 2 world cup groups Italy be like all those park the bus team wey go do strong head vs big teams because those will come out and they can hit on counters, when they meet a lesser team that expects them to actually attack, they dont have any practised attacking moves to open anyone up |

Eruditor:length of dick is exactly the same as length of body. You cannot say a person is talentedly short or talentedly tall. You cannot say a person is talentedly long dicked. You can however say a porn is talented at lasting long. Your own article has told you that Talent refers to an attribute that is trainable. If even your own evidence disagrees with you, then you may soon need to join the lallana clan. LLL |

| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Eruditor: 1:22pm On Nov 14, 2017 |
Nihilist:All short players cannot dribble like Hazard and Messi. That ability to dribble is God-given but it can be harnessed. This qualifies as a technical talent. KDB and Fabregas can kick a ball in a way that Bakayoko can't. Sure, Baka can kick a ball but without the same finesse or accuracy. He lacks that technical gift. Technical talent is the subdivision of talent that can be trained or worked on. There is another subdivision called psychological talent. It is why some players will opt to take the first or last penalty of a dire game whereas the most technically gifted of them may cower from it. The subdivision I am referring to is called physical talent or gift. Some players just naturally look the part. They are tall, strong, sturdy and so on. This talent is not worked on or trained for. You either have it or you don't. My evidence supports me. I would sign only 3 autographs before I leave. |

Eruditor:You can train to improve your strength. You can train to gain muscle and become sturdy. You cannot train to add an extra centimetre to your height.
