Good morning, please who can help me, my yahoomail was hacked two years ago. I tried my best to open it to no avail, yahoo sent alternative email to me as in the second email address, even the phone number was changed. I am lost, I kept many documents in my email, thinking it will be safer but I am lost. kindly help.

Same thing happened to me over three years ago, every effort to recover it was to no avail. My security question and recovery e-mail got changed, I had no choice but to let go of the account.

I doubt if there is anything you can do if your recovery option has been changed
