It is wrong, unhygienic and utterly traumatising to pass corpses through other people's cells.
The right thing to do is;

Call all the cellmates to Cell 13.
They see the corpse together once and they all go back to their individual cells.

Then you pass his corpse out through the window.

Everyone goes home happy,
Less stress.

his cell is the 13th so no one else is supposed to be in there to see his body, except for a Nigerian cell

If there is one inmate in each cell, the corpse should be taken to cell 14 first, then back to 13 since no living inmate occupies that cell (13) anymore... From 13-9-10-11-15-16-12-8-7-5-6-1-2-3-4.
