That's more than the 20days delivery timeline, you will be refunded ASAP. Shoot them a mail.

I got a call from them and they said the delivery timeline would expire Nov 14th, that I should wait till then. I also noticed, they don't reply their mails, are you sure they will refund sef, and how do I ask for a refund?

a week after I placed the order, I got a text from jumia saying one Moses hassan was coming to deliver my order, since I didn't get a call from the delivery man, I called him, switched off, I called their customer care and they said the address I gave was wrong and I told them even if my address was wrong, why didn't the delivery man call me and why was his number switched off, d next day, they repeated same drama...I hope they aren't playing games oo cos am tired of waiting, I want to leave lag sef

Just explain the situation to them via email, they will definitely respond and point out that the delivery person is over as it is more than 20days already. Be relentless.

Bought two phones, it came after 2 weeks. Jumia reps called and explained the details to me. I guess yours will be rectified soon.
