...my little sis has been crying since morning, she was posted to jigawa state...had to google about the state and I got to know the state is peaceful, has one of the best orientation camp and u sure of ur 5k monthly pay...So shake off that moodiness...go and get ready to storm jigawa...its 1 year and everything will be stories and memories.

Hi everyone please I need your advice. It would be highly appreciated. My sister was posted to kaduna, she stays at Benin. But she has been seriously ill for close to 2weeks now under heavy medication. She is meant to report to kd on Monday. Under her condition she wouldn't be able to make it. Please is there any way she can defy it? Maybe till the next batch? Or would she be penalised If she took an extra 1week to gain her health back before embarking on the journey? I don't really know much about this, so Your advice would be appreciated thanks

There's no penalty... whenever the next batch are registering, she can reapply by revalidating her existing data

welcome to prospective corp members posted to Sokoto, the seat of the caliphate. Wammako camp has got to be one of the best based on facilities, constant electricity, very good hostels etc.Quick advice to those posted to the north, come along with sweaters o, thick ones, socks and nose mask(if u want to). Harmattan arrived in October and is in full swing now.

Adamawa is a good place to be... am currently working in Adamawa retained immediately i oassed. out last two week. Nothing less than 50% of corp member that passed out this month are not living. Congratulations.

It was an automatic redeployment for those posted to Adamawa, Borno and Yobe. Though I camped in Adamawa.

In as much as it was an automatic redeployment for everyone, you either redeploy on the ground of "insecurity" or "medical issues"

Those who redeployed on the ground of medical issues most likely got their preferred choice, unlike those who redeployed on the ground of "insecurity" which was a 50/50 chance to get your preferred choice.

I chose Osun but was redeployed to Kwara. Some of my friends chose Ibadan but were redeployed to Ogun or Ekiti.
Some chose Abuja but were redeployed to Nassarawa

The redeployment is usually very fair because you will either be given your preferred choice or a neighbouring state. If you happen to camp in a state outside the ones I mentioned, redeployment form can only be issued to those with medical issues. Make sure you tidy an authentic medical certificate and you're good to go.
