I predicted turnout would be higher than last time. They said election wouldn't hold. Which is impossible by electoral law. Anyway the only way to force run off is to have less than 25% participation twice. If the turnout is hif her than last year IPOB failed simple.

My call is 35%-50% turnout for this election.
