Once upon a time, an imitation of DSTV was born! A david(tstv) to defeat the goliath(DSTV) was brought out of “only God knows where”. They called its name TSTV!...

They promised Nigerians Heaven on Earth while glued to their TV Set and a swell time to browse the internet with the proposed Surplus DATA, without the fear of the powers that be(MTN, GLO, AIRTEL, etc).

Oct 1st has come and gone, no show!...or should we wait for another Oct 1st?
They said their “almighty decoder” and the accompany equipments will flood the Nigerian Market on or before Nov. 1st!
Please my people, what is today’s date?

TSTV left Nigerians salivating for the Imaginable!

I stopped subscribing my MTN LINE since oct 1st, in wait for TSTV SURPLUS DATA. To add salt to injury, i even sold my dstv decoder at a cheaper rate so i could get TSTV.

Maybe, i didnt wait on God before i made a move!

But ALMIGHTY TSTV, WHY??....

Please tell us what has being happening to you during this long wait for TSTV!

I read and copied this news update from their website. It might be of help to you as the anticipation and anxiety grows.

“Good Morning Nigerians. Its November 1, 2017, the appointed date for TSTV launch nationwide.
Thousands of free units of TSTV PR Decoders have been deployed nationwide through our accredited dealers. We implore those who have received TSTV PR units to test our services and kindly drop their assessment on our facebook inbox and official email address. To ensure we reach more Nigerians throughout this test period, TSTV Management have launched TSTV transmission nationwide and all our channels are Free to Air for one month.
We are very conscious of the need to offer Nigerians value. That is why we have opened all our channels for free. We are doing all of this because Nigerians need to see what they are buying first. Every new product need to be tested before purchase. TSTV is currently transmitting and its available for free for now on ABS 3 satellite. All our channels are up and free to air for this period of test broadcast. Kindly track ABS 3 and you will receive TSTV on Freq: 11052, (V), S/R: 30,000 free to air. Please don't forget to drop your comments and findings on our facebook inbox or by email: info@tstvafrica.com
ABS 3 is easy to track. Kindly get any good installer to track ABS 3.
Enjoy TSTV for free throughout the month of November.
God bless Nigeria.”

I will plead with anyone who is able to track their satellites as detailed and specified in the above update quote from TSTV; to kindly give us updates on his/her findings. If some or majority of their channels are active since they indicated it will be “ free to Air” for the month of November as they test run their system”.
Thank you.

I have not been able to scan TSTV as my Qsat decoder is faulty but I've read several comments that they already have like over 30 channels already and that their movie channels are way cool with clean pictures. Infact, someone said he hasn't seen any sattelite with such clean videos.

I also chatted with them and discovered most of the channels they listed initially are already on except sport channels, maybe they will include before the expiration of the test transmission period.

You can check lemmymorgan.com, he uploaded video presentation of all channels presently available.

Note: I am not viewing TSTV, infact i am not impressed by them, just giving you updates from what I read.

Even if TSTV start selling decoder today, I would still still wait for like six month before purchase.

Because that's how MMM run their show for almost one year before kicking the bucket...

Of course it’s not a bad idea to exercise caution and patience for some period to varify their stability before purchasing. That’s my plan as well, though I am thinking of 3 months after this test transmission if their sports channels are up.

I told u guys it was too early to call them Messiah but u lots thought I was enemy of progress and a DStv agent. I thought Nigerians should be wise by now not to get their hopes high whenever some person or company promises them heaven and Earth, especially at the price they are charging.

Again it is also too soon to call them a failure, yes they promised Nov 1st but they also stated it's for test transmission and they are still in the test transmission period, they have not collected money from anybody so u cannot still judge them yet or call them a failure yet. Wait until they start selling decoders and by 1-2 months they can't give or sustain what they promised then u can start judging them. As for me I'm still not getting my hopes high, I will not be among those who will line up at their office to get a decoder (I know some people will do), I'll give it 2-3 months to see if they mean business. I hope they succeed as it would be a benefit to us all.

Live football and 20gb of data for 3k was a big joke in the first place but let's see how it goes.

Your decoder must be of at least MPEG-4: better if it is HD (High Definition) as more stations will be captured.
The dish outside should optimally be 90 cm. (Some guys reported TStv signals were received by the use of 60 cm dish. But it was accompanied with a lot of skipping and sometimes poor picture quality)
At the beginning of this FTA era of 'Test Transmission', TStv has some Sports channels. These sports channels had since been suspended after a few days.

In general, the TStv FTA has been worth the while since the beginning of this month that they started.

With a 90 cm dish and any HD decoder, you are good to go.
