Not bad but still too small for a state like kano. I see a lot of one car lanes under the bridge, so what happens when a car break down, no way for emergency vehicles to attend to it. As for those hospitals, straight wash and elephant schemes. Why can't the FG just tell the state governments that there will be no money for any other projects for two years except for paying salaries, building and maintaining roads, rails, and airports. That way they can use the money to build a reliable power supply. Those hospitals will start falling apart big time from 3 years. Generator will be polluting the place, that small ac cannot cool that room with those machines for operation, their laboratories need to be at certain temperatures for long period of time or else equipment suffer.
