Is you mean if I have Nigerian Adsense, only Nigerian adverts would be displayed?

What if it's a Nigerian blog quite alright, but I get a significant amount of visitors from the USA and Europe? Perhaps even more than Nigeria. Does it mean Google wouldn't display foreign ads there too?

I was thinking any Adsense would give you the best of both worlds. Since Google would place contextual adverts based on the visitor's IP location (USA visitors get to see USA ads while Nigerian visitors see Nigerian ads, etc).

Please provide more information about this, to help me make the appropriate decision.
