The trial of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has been adjourned till December 5, after an earlier reschedule for Monday was cancelled following a judges conference in Abuja.

The Abuja Division of Federal High Court, presided over by judge, Binta Nyako, had in October adjourned the matter till Monday (today), in expectation of the appearance of the sureties. She had further given instructions that the sureties had three options regarding their roles in the disappearance of Mr. Kanu.

Reacting to an application by one of the sureties, Eyinnaya Abaribe, through his lawyer, Ogechi Ogbonna, that he should be relieved of his role as Mr. Kanus surety and that the court withdraws its order for a bond of N100 million, Mrs. Nyako noted that only the appearance of the defendant would prevent a possible forfeiture of the bond.

That's the main issue that haters don't want to admit, because if they do, they will be in agreement with Kanu calling them the ZOO

What a pity?
Does it mean that justice Binta Nyaku didn't know about this conference before fixing this case for today?
Why are they delaying this matter.
If the FG is as strong as some of believe they should conclude this case and get Nnamdi Kanu hung on a stake and send Senator Abaribe to hell fire called Nigerian prison after eating his 100 million.
