its a common ritual...thats how corpers are welcomed on first day by the soldiers at the camp gate..u dont walk majestically to the hostels with ur bags..ur asked to put them on ur head and march "on the double" to the hostel..Remember its a paramilitary camp..not ur father's house..

This can only happen in ZOO country.

I'm sure you got to camp late. I camped in Iseyin in August 2014, it was fun. I later worked my posting to Igboora, because of the distance to my home in Abeokuta. I later became the CLO in 2015.

This is not punishment na.it normal to carry ur bag on ur head befor soldiers allow you enter camp.

I could remember so many babes struggling with their big big bags lols.me just jejely carrid my tiny bag that contain my documents, 3 singlet, 3 chase deer polo, and 2 shot) wit one hand on my head,the soldiers where even hailing me(correct man,u sabi jare) cos of the way I flip the bag on my head. lols...
