When the then US Deputy Secretary of Defense, Ashton Carter, arrived in India on September 16, 2013 for a two-day visit, he came equipped with a proposal aimed at dramatically boosting US-India military-industrial relations.
The proposal called for

1) licence-production of the FGM-148 Javelin through 97% transfer of manufacturing technology, but withholding the target recognition algorithms of the MWIR seeker (meaning the seeker’s focal plane array sub-assembly would have to be imported off-the-shelf from Raytheon).

2) co-developing with the DRDO’s Research Centre Imaarat (RCI) and its associated Sensors Research Society (SRS) a fourth-generation version of the Javelin that will feature a dual-mode seeker, hyperbaric warhead, and a longer range of up to 4km.

This very same offer, under the auspices of the Defence Trade and Technology Initiative (DTTI), was repeated by the then US Secretary of Defence Chuck Hagel, who reached India on August 8, 2014 for a three-day visit.

In fact, by early 2015 private company VEM Technologies had already fabricated a full-scale prototype of the FGM-148 Javelin that was displayed at the Aero India 2015 expo.

Argentina searches for missing navy submarine

CNN's Diane Ruggiero, Spencer Feingold and Marilia Brochetto contributed to this report.
While sub ops are inherently dangerous;you're basically in a tin can that in an instant whether by accident or design can dive to crush depth before counter measures can be taken, imo there's smth deeper in this incident. Fyi, S America especially Argentina are still a base for escaped Nazis and their descendants, even though they got as far as the upper Amazon.

The MSM admits:
Some 75 objects were found in a collector’s home in Béccar, a suburb north of Buenos Aires, and authorities say they suspect they are originals that belonged to high-ranking Nazis in Germany during the second world war.
Its accepted Hitler never actually committed suicide in his Berlin bunker in the dying days of WW2 and many serious people believe he and Eva escaped to Bariloche which came to house thousands of Nazis .
He allegedly died aged 95, though the claim is dubious. But Bariloche certainly became a home from home for Nazis. Historian Hermann Rueder said: “Bariloche was the place where they recreated Berchtesgaden, site of Hitler’s holiday home.

“The old Nazis would celebrate, often not so secretly, all the high days of Nazism there – Hitler’s birthday, the founding of the Third Reich, numerous other anniversaries.”

These guys came to form an alliance with the CIA and some say both George Bush 1 and 2 are agents of this new global Nazis. Also the giant type XX1 subs are still used by this Argentina based clique known to have huge secret bases set up in Antarctica before WW2 began.

They still use the same Giant 250 ft type XX1s used to flee Germany. In its day a gamechanger, going deeper, faster and further than anything else. They've been given modern upgrades and are still in operation used by this clique some call the DVD,Deutsche Vertidigungs Dienst,German Intel Agency, one of the many variously competing cliques and cabals lumped under the term Illuminati. (Nemesis4u,ever heard of the DVD?;btw in the Korean war some of the Mig 15 flyguys were German) There are secret U Boat bases in the Antarctic,Azores and PNG and possibly other places.
The DVD use them to smuggle fissile materials, drugs, weapons, gemstones and precious metals. So if a boat goes down in the general area rest assured things aren't as they seem.

no never heard of DVD

americans took in lot of tech and nazis , this much i know

also that many nazis made it to latin america especially argentina

as for subs i am not much informed, though i am open to all possibilities

this much i will say nazis were into lot of crazy stuff ie weird technology
unfortunately one cannot discern what is truth what is false, too much uncertainty

but as i said best option, keep oneself open to all possibilities

MILIPOL 2017: ECA Group UAV IT18 Gets New SIGINT Payload

Beautiful read. On that IMSI catcher, here's something similar however this is based on a repeated program.

Since a repeater will cover a very large area, it can easily be integrated to cover a large distance.

Tested already with a range of 23KM

Nope. A repeater (actually a modified one).

A signal repeater platform. It's the same repeater being used for our radio communication system.

The repeater is the only way we could cover a long range so it was modified to fit in.

Had a single American on the project. He works with PERATON with others being Nigerian. 2 Nigerians from MIT guys inclusive.
