You can only get it from the area of exam centre attributed to the closest waec office where you sat for the exam.

Having a job doesn't make you a slave. By default, not everyone can (and should) be an entrepreneur.
Besides, there are those we call Intrapreneurs. And they function within an organisation that is not theirs.

don't know if this will be a problem during clearance? if yes,
and what are the possible solutions?
