The Graduate Scheme is a 4-6 year programme designed to attract, retain and accelerate the
development of young, talented and ambitious graduates through a combination of on-the-job training
and structured learning and development programme. The GS will equip participants with the
appropriate competencies and provide experiences that will facilitate their integration into a challenging
business environment and enable them to unleash their potential in a truly rewarding work
environment that we provide. Throughout this campaign we aim to provide a world-class candidate
experience that will enable us to secure the best talents and enhance our reputation as an ‘employer of

Eligibility Criteria
Prospective candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of Second Class (Upper Division) degree obtained in any of the following NOT
EARLIER than 2015.

i. Engineering; Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum, Electrical/Electronics,
Process, Industrial and Oil and Gas
ii. Geology, Geophysics, Petro-Physics
iii. Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry
iv. Finance, Accounting (ACCA, ACA)
v. Law
vi. Business Administration, Finance
vii. Mass Communication, Economics, and other Social Science disciplines
(A relevant professional qualification is an added advantage)
• Applicants who graduated in 2014 will be considered if they possess a relevant Master’s degree
in addition to a Second Class Upper or a First Class Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English) in one sitting in the Senior Secondary
Certificate Examination (SSCE).
• A maximum of two (2) years' post-NYSC experience for candidates with post-NYSC work
experience.
• Graduates participating in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) must be on schedule to
complete national service in 2017 to be eligible for consideration.
Prospective candidates should also be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
i. Determination to be the best.
ii. Strong passion for excellence.
iii. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
iv. Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
v. Strong analytical and presentation skills.
vi. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
vii. Good problem-solving focus, with a great appetite for learning.

It's explicit enough. This appears to be an in house recruitment stuff, which means only CVs submitted by their employees would be treated. It's not meant to be public.

This is why I laugh when I read certain job adverts. There is a way it will be crafted that you will let you know you applying is a tall task.
This however should not discourage anyone bold enough to give it a shot. God's ways are not our ways. Also, all job seekers should make it a duty of making both offline (personal relationships) and online (emails, LinkedIn) connections especially with young CEOs, HR personnels and generally upwardly mobile persons in the industry. Your rapport with them will give you an insight and how to go about things.

I don't really think it's a scam. When I searched it online, some national dailies carried the news as job advert.
But based on the last paragraph "...Employees should send...", I think it is an insider thing.
All the same, anyone willing to apply should do so and believe God works in a miraculous way.

Don't too worry, the firm should send your details to dragnet. Anyway I send my CV first to the company but later applied via dragnet. They are now in charge of the recruitment.
