I'm this kind of shy person intending to start a business. I will appreciate if u can talk on networking skills. from how to meet new people anywhere(parties, libraries etc) to our to introduce myself then how to tell them what I do.

You might have to register... Your business as an entity but why do you need to pay tax, it's just a one man business.
