You are right but not very. Hot 4 Pro can handle heavy games but never better than CX.

Though CX has its flaws (note, I've used both phones so I know what I'm saying).

Games like NBA 2K17 will never work on Hot 4 Pro without it force closing but it works on CX. Though it lags.

Also, there are some games that no matter what you do, it will never work on CX due to the useless HiOS but it worked flawlessly on Hot 4 Pro.

But please don't compare the two, CX is better than Hot 4 Pro in all ramifications (chipset, display, resolution, ppi, camera) except battery. But Hot 4 Pro is well optimized to handle some games (few) than CX which is why I agree a little bit with your assertion.
