I have been contemplating suicide lately. Believe me it isn't something I intentionally put mind to, but giving my shitty situation, I can't help but have popping into my thoughts once in a while.

I am a Muslim, though not deeply knowledgeable, but I know it is forbidden in Islam.

I just want more simple explanations base on the ayats, hadith talking about in Islam. Like why it is forbidden, the fate of one who commits such etc.

I am sorry about your situation. Is there someone you could talk to? I think you should find someone to talk to. Life may appear daunting but all it takes are time, patience and the knowledge that life itself is fleeting. You won't be here for very long, why don't you wait for God to decide. It may get better or worse but you have the ability to wait it out till you are called. May Allah ease your burden.
