Is it possible to apply as married and choose unaccompanied spouse. since she is not coming along better still not to do medicals or PCC for her.. she is abroad. Focus on just mine and move on without divorce or separation hoping for reconciliation in future.
Please confirm.

optionese:

You will need her to also submit PCC and medicals. It's very doable

Pls I have 2 important questions. i am working my way up the thread and haven't seen answers to my question yet.

1. What is the implication of applying without my spouse. This is off course to earn more points.
2. My spouse has a brother in canada. If i do not add my spouse in my application, can i claim the 15 marks for sibling in canada from my inlaw.

please advse me.
Thank you
1.You shouldn't claim unmarried when u are married.
2.To claim the points she must accompany u.

If you want to file with an unaccompanying spouse she must do medicals and do PCC for her together with a LOE stating your reasons as you have explained now.the only time you skip this is if you file for divorce/separation.

Make peace with your spouse or take formal steps to end it.

Hope you make the best decison

Some times it is not the spouse's fault. A woman was granted B1/B2, she traveled upon landing she started calling us.. How her husband a doctor must check if she can give birth again so that one will file for their siblings.. Omo in 30yrs time? Na so Nigeria is doomed reach.. Or she would go back and marry a usc.. divorce and remarry her husband. If care is not taken.. She may refuse to come back to Nigeria oh eventually.

Superdoll, I may not be a guru in the PR process, but from my experience in foreign applications, I expect providing CAC (incorporation docs) of hubby's company which clearly shows that he's the director and major shareholder in the company will be suitable. The CAC dosc could also be accompanied with a reference letter from the bank (of hubby's corporate account) stating that Hubby is the sole signatory to the corporate account.

The reference letter is basic and standard and can easily be issued by hubby's bank.

This is just my thoughts, but I believe you'll be good with this

Thanks alot fr this @bestdiddy

Good morning my Iqas people. please I have a question. After 5 weeks they just confirmed receipt of my documents except for 1 which I now have to fax to them again angry anyway I've sent it using hello fax. do I get any other confirmation from hello fax that it has been sent (apart from the email copy) ?

Also, will it also take them 4 weeks to confirm receipt of the faxed document? thanks

Good day guys, I have got some enquiry to make.A friend of mine told me she was rejected from the sakschewaten provincial nomination on the basis that her educational qualification does not agree with her Job experience.

She is an ICT person and read Microbiology. My belief is that for FSW the field of educational qualification is irrelevant as long as the appicant has got experience in the Nominated NOC.

I would need some assurance in the light of the new revelation about my friends rejection.
For Saskatchewan nomination (SINP) your NOC and degree have to match e.g. Maths or statistics graduate can apply as statistician or financial analyst. But for direct FSW (when you get ITA without provincial nomination) it doesn't have to match, you just need to show experience in your NOC

@optionese has said it all, she will need to do medicals and get pcc whether you claim that she is accompanying you or not.
I believe you have to get her to do the medicals & pcc or get a formal separation to move on.

Hello Everyone, Please I am new on this thread and I will like to start my journey to acquire ITA. Though I have read previous post, I will like to ask some few questions.
I currently have B.Ed in Maths and Msc Industrial Maths. I have taught Maths for 7 years in a senior secondary school.

1. I will like to know if I need a provincial teaching certificate before I can apply for ITA as a teacher.

2. Please do I also need a provincial nomination to apply.

3. What province do I stand a chance to get nominated as a Maths teacher.

Please any advice and suggestions to help me migrate to Canada as a teacher will be deeply appreciated.

Thank you.

I'm single bro. Not just single but in no known relationship. I've checked my eligibility and I stand a good chance. You do too if marital status is your only concern
