Remember the Amerikan 57 Tomahawk cruise missiles fired into Syria - out of which only 13 hit a runway full of decommissioned fighter jets?

while Pantsir-S1 is a SAM and AAA combo designed to takeout aircrafts, helicopters, UAVs, PGMs and cruise missiles at short to middle ranges specifically
