This one easy na,
The objects on the first roles are 15+15+15=45
In the second rows, the banana's are equal to four so, 4+4+15=23
In the third role the clocks equal to 3, so, 4+3+3=10.
So using the above calculations, the last role is missing a square in the polygon(or whatever the hell it is), so with that , 3+4+4×15=165
