I disagree with this post. City has the best attack yes but the best defence No. They don't concede Lots of shots because most of the teams that come up against them park the bus for the Ninety mins of the Match which is thanks to the fear of their deadly Attack rather than their good defence. As far as I am concerned City defence would have to perform well against a team that matches them tooth for tooth before I can laud them as the best defence.

Aguero has converted 8 big chances for City this season

Gabriel Jesus has also converted 8 big chances

Morata has converted 7

On the face of It, Morata can be said to be matching the output of the each of the city strikers, but here's the kicker.

City have converted 16 of their big chances through Aguero and Jesus alone

Chelsea have only converted 7 through Morata.

So not only are City creating more chances, their combined strikeforce is scoring more goals.

We create half as many chances as City, and their strikers combined have scored twice as many goals as our only striker.

It's not a stretch to conclude that Morata has to up his efficiency in front of goal. It's not enough to match strikers who see double the big chances you do and can afford to be a little profligate.

You have to maximise the opportunities that come your way because they are fewer and less frequent than the competition gets.

You want Morata to do the job of two forwards? Only Ororo of Madeira has the capacity to do that and still win trophies. Your other forwards need to start doing their jobs.

The way we play, morata is that major marksman. It can be likened to that Leicester, vardy was the main man, while okazaki played behind him and didn't score that much. Vardy was on fire, and it was a success.

Dayo even ignorantly called okazaki a midfielder. That's how it looks, when you play two strikers in a 'door bolt'.
The top man must be ruthless in front of goal, while the one behind him can score but do more of hugging the ball and releasing the man upfront.

There is no sense in what he said. city creates 63 chances, they have sane, Jesus, aguero, sterling, who finishes them off not to mention Silva and KDB, we create 33 chances we have only two players who try to finish them all. It is not a strikers fault, its a team fault if you want the team to convert more chances they need more attacking players
