Remove the spaces

If I flash this rom do I lose all my data already on the phone? And does it get rid of the bloatware?

That's typical of heavily customised Android skins, won't affect performance though.

I'll advice you to just root it then download system uninstaller from playstore and uninstall all those unnecessary apps

Sure about what? If it will affect performance? Even with only 800mb of ram left, it will outperform a device with 2 gig of free ram, and really inferior processors.

THAT PHONE IS TOO CHEAP TO BE SOLD FOR EVEN 50K. If you want it cheaper than current Jumia price, then Aliexpress is the way.
Modified : It's bac on Jumia at 38k indeed, be fast.
