Hi guys. Are you looking to relocate to Lagos due to a new job, or just change of location?

There is an available single room self contain around Lakowe, ibeju-lekki. The original occupant needs to relocate and has only been there November this year.

If you are interested, rent is 120k, agent/agreement 60k. All you need do is minus the months that's been used and pay.

u said the occupants rented the apartment in november and we are almost at the end of december that is close to 2 month gone

U said the agency/other levy is 60k 30/30k, now do u expect the new occupant to refund u d full 60k

If u were to ask d landlord to refund u that you're moving out i guess they will not refund u any money paid for agency fee but the reminder of the months u did not use from the day u moved out, so y do u want the full 60k paid on d agency fee?

So technically ur money shouldn't be up to 170k you wound be aking for, d 150k is very much a reasonable and well thought offer

If my offer is accepted i will only like to meet with the landlord and agent to straighten things out, i can come to lagos next week, as i will like to change the tenant agreement from his name to mine

I think the money u should be after is d 120k u paid for d rentage d 60k agency is something i think will be discuss between you, me, agent and d landlord
