shervydman:Yeah I actually didn't include lagos, what I meant was with her exception, However, people need to see other parts of Nigeria, This is another industrial Park by Lee group, totally different from the previous one I earlier posted,

Daejoyoung:Yeah bro, Many people are deformed with ignorance, And they gleefully bask in the euphoria of misinformation and go haywire when you try to correct them, they seem incorrigible. |

shervydman:What parameters are you using, Seems the north is really underrepresented and underreported in the media, I even doubt some of these statistics we use as basement for arguements I know ogun tripled her productivity industry under amosun, but having seen both States, Honestly kano might be edging over ogun. You need to crisscross kano, forget media frenzy and sweeping razzmatazz |

Daejoyoung:One thing I observed on this forum is that it has a lot of kids than the knowledgeable ones or the ignorant ones are those u'll see on every thread cos they have nothing to do than being an internet troll. I've stopped debating with people on this forum unless it has an intelligent content. How on earth can someone say the bolded?? U'll just be shocked that the person is still a jambite. He should not let me see him o cos I'm a product of public sch. |

| Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by Nobody: 11:05am On Dec 17, 2017 |
shervydman:That is exactly my point bro, I wonder the veracity of parameters used in measuring these stats, Reality seems parallel to it You need to spend a week and crisscross kano state bro |
| Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by Nobody: 11:14am On Dec 17, 2017*. Modified: 11:35am On Dec 17, 2017 |
arinzeejikonye:The parameter used is just the state with most industries. I don't need to go to Kano before I know basic things in d country, bro...as a matter of fact, I've never been to the north. . The farthest place I've been to is Abuja. On a serious note.....I think River state should come second after Lagos, then Ogun. |

shervydman:Kano is undoubtedly a big force to reckon with in Industrialization bro Our research institutions are really underperforming to me, If you say existing industries, I doubt ogun beats kano personally, Kano has the second largest market for consumption after gidi People are not even aware of the huge car assembly line in kano, If kano media take it upon itself to showcase the stuff they are made of, Many people will be astonishingly dumbfounded |

| Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by Nobody: 12:05pm On Dec 17, 2017 |
shervydman:Yeah bro, All things being equal Kano needs it now than ever It has an explosive unmitigated population multiplicity, From fillers, they gonna be working with existing old narrow guadge rout, with some modification, Targeting densely populated suburbs and industrial points terminating at the heart of the city centre to the airport, As for phase one, I haven't gotten hold of the masterplan. Ganduje is surely good for a comeback. So unhindered continuity is guaranteed |
| Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by obaaderemi: 12:36pm On Dec 17, 2017 |
Daejoyoung:Most Nigerians are ignorant of their own country's affairs. It's why they compare Nigeria unfairly with lesser countries. They are misled daily by images of foreign lands they see on telly and are ready to believe and say the worst about Nigeria. It's why some of them ended up stranded in Libya trying to cross into Europe. Imagine one Nigerian idiot on this thread saying all Nigerian universities are worse than Ghanaian secondary schools. Idiot didn't know no Ghanaian university is ranked ahead of university of Ibadan. Truth is all African countries are far behind. |

Landmark village victoria island, Though eko Atlantic seems like a monstrous threat to this development, however, the promoters are indefatigable and unrelenting, 2018 gonna be explosive for real estate in Nigeria. #ambodeeffect #paulonwuanibe

arinzeejikonye:These people investing in real estates in Lagos should try and move further to the suburbs... I mean Badagry, Ikorodu and Epe areas... Those places are leew congested and bigger than the mainland and island.. And oh,for the sake of those that don't know, the state of Lagos is categorized into three; Mainland, Island and suburb... Eko Oni Baje ooo

arinzeejikonye:Lagos has a mad master plan for that axis, every deteriorating building is being reconstructed and a museum is gonna be erected along the road too.....there's an ongoing regeneration at obalende too. All is part of vision 2030. Onikan stadium will be used for polo games and youth recreation center after completion, it's not really a standard stadium. Any update on mainbowl, surulere.......seems FG has handed it over to LASG. |

shervydman:Okay that should be the Jenkins place, if I'm right, The surulere stadium, ambode has been pressurising the FG to do the needful, even dalung came visiting mid year, Still they are indecisive about it Ambode got lofty ideas for lagos, let's give him benefit of doubt till end of 2018 |
| Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by Nobody: 4:45pm On Dec 17, 2017 |
Danielnino00:I'm not sure there's any area in Lagos that's developing as fast as Ikorodu aside EAC. Just last week, work began on a road that will link Ikorodu to Lagos/Ibadan expressway. FG should just hand itokin road over to LASG so that it can be reconstructed. A 6lane plan has already been laid. Remember that mile 12 market will be moved to imota by next year, the existing road won't accommodate commuters after the movement of the market. |

| Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by Danielnino00(m): 4:51pm On Dec 17, 2017 |
shervydman:Ikrodu is developing real fast no doubt same with Ibeju Lekki.. But Epe and Badagry are the other two suburbs that need more development... Epe is even 20 times bigger than Ikeja.. Badagry is a bit less than Epe,but man that place has the potentials to generate billions for LASG.. for many reasons..... |

mtis:lol man. That guy thinks everyone eats, sleeps, drinks and sweats politics like he does. I actually know what photos got him out of his foxhole, there's nothing like a lost password. Anyway, will try to post photos that dont contain political figures here if only to spare some sad souls any more chest pains. And the two guys you mentioned are overly political I like to advise them to treat their political opinions like they treat their private parts. We dont need to see them (we're not gynecologists !). |
