Bro am having dis problem on my google console. My sitemap is indexed but my contents are not indexed on index page. Below are the screenshot:

What's the URL of the webpage and what is your website on https or http??

The URLs you have indexed have both the HTTPS and HTTP protocol in them along with www. These would be reported separately in Webmaster Tools, so if your verified site in Webmaster Tools is HTTP plus www, the sitemap count wont report on the HTTPS links and vice-versa.

As you seem to be redirecting to HTTPS, ensure you have an HTTPS version verified and a sitemap uploaded with HTTPS URLs and you will likely get more accurate data.

bro i verified both the www, http and https version of the site in which i later chose www version as the preferred domain.
are u saying i shld remove the www version because the url i submitted to GSC is https://www.healthlanders.com

There should be 4 versions

1. http ( with and without www) 2
2. Https (with and without www) 2

Total of 4.

If you have done the above and still having the error

Kindly goto google.com search for the keywords of the articles you posted on your webpage and see if your site rank for the keywords. Because in most cases google won't index a site due to the quality of it contents ...... I hope you got my point ?

You can use a page builder plugin, some do
