Dear nairanlanders, my friend just came back from USA & he wants to raise a 3 story building like this. its much of a hall and small partitioning inside. please he needs a breakdown of the total money he will need to raise this building. he has a land already. and the building won't be a contract job but a direct Labour,he wants the house to help him with analysis from foundation to building,tiling,painting,doors,Windows and electrical.

please help a brother to spend his life savings wisely.

tell your friend to contact a Quantity Surveyor and pay money. abi was he rendering free services where he was coming from?

First of all, he needs to brief us on exactly what he wants then a drawing will be drawned bases on his brief,then an estimated amount for the building can be gotten from the drawing.
