Evidence of Name: it is a document backed by law. It is used by those who have conflicting names on their o'level result or jamb. Such as Delta State Nigeria on O'level and another on jamb as Delta State N. Or Delta State Cameroun. In which the initial can stand for anything

My O’Levels has my middle name as O., whereas, all other uploaded documents had the middle name in full. And yeah, I didn’t bother uploading an Evidence of Name. Can this be rectified?

tho I've been admitted through jamb buh I'm praying for Uniben to admit me for DE so I can continue from 200l and not 100l
