Best manager isn't given until the end of the season, best manager isn't given at the middle of the season, stop trying to make simple things difficult. before Mou was sacked he was still the best manager in the league, the gong is still with him before Raineri won it the following season. Chelsea are the current champions, they will bear that title till the end of the season or when we have a title winner, for now we don't have none of that. Chelsea will remain the current champion of England till May 2018 or earlier if anyone wins the league before then and so will Conte till someone else win the best manager in the league.
